Important Insights

TWO VERY IMPORTANT NOTES: 1) No dogs permitted due to the fragile flora and ongoing conservation efforts. 2) Trail is closed yearly during the spring/summer. "The trail is closed seasonally each year to protect Species at Risk nesting turtles and birds. Trail closure runs from the first Tuesday after Victoria Day in May through August 15 inclusive. We ask people to respect the trail closure and other conservation measures to keep the area special for future generations."
