Ever since I’ve stopped eating processed foods, stayed clear of anything white (rice, pasta, sugars), started drinking more water, incorporating more vegetables, and eating more often – I’ve been happier, healthier and have the energy to train harder! I no longer crave junk foods or sugars, there’s no more binging, my skin is healthier, I’ve lost weight, and I feel better!
